Plus-size fashion retailer expanding, hires Schultz Organization to help.

The Schultz Organization/TCN Worldwide announced that the company has been appointed as exclusive tenant representative for Charming Shoppes, Inc., parent company to Lane Bryant, Catherine's, Fashion Bug and Fashion Bug Plus.

Directors Ira Kerner and Steven Winters are leading this assignment.

Lane Bryant, the industry's plus-size fashion leader, is aggressively seeking sites in New Jersey in the following marketplaces: northern Middlesex county, Hunterdon county, Essex county, Passaic county, Union county, Warren county, Sussex county, Somerset county, Morris county and Bergen county. Lane Bryant requires sites with at least 5,000 s/f of space and 40-foot frontage, located within strong trading areas. National tenant-anchored centers or lifestyle centers will also be considered.

In 1995, Lane Bryant began a transformation of the brand and has since become the plus-size industry leader, acknowledged for having a positive influence on the way women feel about their bodies. With more than 700 stores nationwide and a customer list of more than seven rail lion, Lane Bryant has earned strong brand loyalty from customers.

Catherine's is a leading plus-size specialty retailer with over 450 stores throughout the U.S. The brand offers classic apparel and accessories for career and casual lifestyles. Catherine's requires locations of 4,000 s/f, with 35-foot frontage.

Fashion Bug/Fashion Bug Plus has about 1,100 stores throughout the country, catering to 20- to 35-year-old women of all shapes and sizes. Fashion Bug/Fashion Bug Plus requires locations of 6,000 to 8,000 s/f, with at least 60-foot frontage.
