Plus Solutions, Inc. (OTCBB:PLSO) (FRANKFURT: DS9, WKN 936 219) a developer and facilitator of web-based interactive order management solutions and SiVault Inc., which provides the infrastructure for loading of applications to smart cards via the Internet, today announced an agreement to form an alliance and team up in the marketing of each other's products.

The smart card is expected to provide an excellent interface between the virtual world of the Internet and the "real" world of service providers. The smart card business is expected to grow exponentially into an $8 billion marketplace in the next 2-3 years with over 1 billion cards in use. SiVault has already secured partnerships with Fortune 100 companies.
