Plunket staff ratify collective agreement.Plunket staff throughout the country have voted in favour of a collective agreement that delivers pay parity for Plunket nurses and moves other staff significantly closer to the goal. NZNO NZNO New Zealand Nurses Organisation advocate Chris Wilson said members had voted at meetings held over a five-week period, ending just before Christmas. Staff had "very clearly" ratified the agreement. Wilson said the agreement built on the significant gains made in 2005 and NZNO would continue to pursue and/or maintain pay parity as its ongoing strategy.
