PBS Real Estate is the exclusive leasing agent for 150 East 52nd Street, a 300,000 s/f, 35-story Plaza District commercial property. John Brod, Howard Hersch and Robert Neborak of PBS Real Estate represented the building owner Princeton International Properties in all five transactions.

), a Japanese-based producer of heavy industrial machinery and equipment for transport, is relocating its New York office from 280 Park Avenue to the entire 24th floor of 150 East 52nd Street, for a total of 7,975 s/f. The asking price was $75 per square foot. The tenant was represented by Don Preate and Jon Mayeske at Cushman & Wakefield.

"We were pleased to represent the landlord of 150 East 52nd Street, one of the few buildings in the Plaza District with an available flow of pre-built and full floor space coming onto the market," stated John Brod, Principal, PBS Real Estate. "The property is experiencing tremendous activity, with close to 60,000 s/f leased in the last several months alone."
