1.  The correct name of our guest and partner is Mr. Sergei Yakovlev.

2.  The initial contribution from the Russian Commonwealth Aerospace
    Technology Consortium is three TU-160 Blackjack supersonic
    aircraft.

3.  Flight Dynamics Corp. is preparing to issue an offering for $5
    million with a target date of March 15, 1999.

4.  The videotape distributed at the Symposium was of Howard Foote's
    interview with Caspar Weinberger on World News Report.  This is
    the videotape being made available to PLFM shareholders.  For
