Plans set for Conn project.


Stoneridge Partners, an investment and development company, has unveiled an ambitious $55 million, luxury condominium project called Stone Ridge at Fairfield, Conn. Located just steps away from the $300 million Fairfield Metro Center This article or section contains information about a planned or expected future railway station.

Stone Ridge at Fairfield will feature 70 ultra-luxury single-floor homes, with 19 distinct layouts. The homes will be in a one, two- and three-bedroom configurations, providing owners with amenities traditionally reserved for the finest Manhattan apartments.
