The court also directed the Sindh government to submit its statement over its failure to present full record of plane conspiracy case and tell the court that when it will present the record along with pardon. He told the court that the terrorism case against Nawaz Sharif in plane conspiracy case was baseless because being the prime minister he had the powers, which could not be challenged, adding, the then judges made false cases against Nawaz Sharif to keep him out of the government after that the court adjourned hearting till Tuesday (today).
