PlanGraphics will prepare a number of deliverables, culminating in recommendations and a plan for information technology implementation. This plan will provide a foundation for an integrated information management infrastructure for managing environmental health information. PlanGraphics, in cooperation with the New York City Department of Information Technology and Telecommunications (DoITT), is also providing IT design and implementation services for several key initiatives that support the EPHT program. This includes Web-based tools for a database survey, applying Geosupport services for the DOHMH Adult Lead Database and the design and development of a prototype application for integration of information from several disparate databases.
