Place 57 already 90% sold.

Construction at Place 57, a new 36-story glass and steel-clad luxury condominium project developed by the New York-based Clarett Group at 207 East 57th Street, was ceremoniously topped out last week.

This is the second project to be undertaken by Clarett, through its multi-year joint venture with Prudential Real Estate Investors (PREI), known as Clarett Capital, LLC. The building is slated for occupancy by Summer 2006.
