 (Pittelco) has announced two new exclusive assignments.

Pittelco has been named the exclusive retail leasing agent for 131 Seventh Avenue South and 21 First Avenue.

131 Seventh contains approximately 1,100 s/f of retail space. Located on the northeast corner of West 10th Street, it has spectacular store front age leading north towards Charles Street Charles Street is the name of a north-south street in the city center of Boston, Massachusetts. It begins in the north at Leverett Circle, where it intersects Cambridge Street and Storrow Drive, and gives its name to the Charles/MGH station of the MBTA. .
