Andrew A. Pittel & Company, LLC (Pittelco) has announced two new exclusive assignments.

Pittelco has been named the exclusive retail leasing agent for 131 Seventh Avenue South and 21 First Avenue.

131 Seventh contains approximately 1,100 s/f of retail space. Located on the northeast corner of West 10th Street, it has spectacular store front age leading north towards Charles Street.
