Brecher were each promoted to the position of Deputy General Counsel, reporting directly to Sara Moss, Vice President and General Counsel, Pitney Bowes. Russell C. Hochman was appointed to the position of Associate Deputy General Counsel, and Bob D. Mannis, Associate General Counsel, will now assume responsibility for Mergers and Acquisitions within the Corporate Legal Department.
In her duties as Deputy General Counsel, Corporate, Robbie E.B. Narcisse will manage all the corporate attorneys who support the company's global business activities. As such, she will work closely with the senior executives responsible for each business to assure continued high levels of service. Narcisse will also continue to be responsible for providing legal support to U.S. Mailing Systems and Pitney Bowes Canada.
