Power and Associates original equipment tire satisfaction index study. Of the 25,000 owners of 1991 model-year cars and trucks who were surveyed, those whose autos are equipped with Pirelli tires indicated they are more satisfied with the original equipment tires on their vehicles than owners of all other tire brands. Michelin, which held the top slot for three years in succession, ranked number two.
