PinnacleOne Appoints Stephen C. Mitchell to Board; President of Knight Group, LLC to Serve as Outside Director.

PHOENIX -- PinnacleOne, one of the nation's leading construction consulting firms, today announced that Stephen C. Mitchell, PE, the President of Knight Group LLC, has been appointed as an outside director to the company's board. PinnacleOne is a leading provider of program and project management and dispute avoidance and resolution services in both the public and private sectors of construction. Mr. Mitchell will serve on the audit and compensation committees at PinnacleOne.

Stephen C. Mitchell, 61, is a professional engineer with over 35 years in the design and construction industry. He is the president and chief operating officer of Chicago-based Knight Group LLC, a multi-faceted design, construction and facilities management firm. During his 30 years with the firm, Mr. Mitchell has held numerous positions including strategic planning officer. He is an active member of the American Society for Civil Engineers (ASCE) and The Society of American Military Engineers. Positions held with ASCE include a term as president of the Illinois Section, district 8 director to the national ASCE Board of Direction, and vice president and chair of the National Professional Activities Committee. He has also played an instrumental role in developing and promoting quality standards within the engineering community through his involvement in the development of ASCE's Quality Manual and quality based selection initiatives.

In addition to his new duties with PinnacleOne, Stephen Mitchell also serves on the board of directors with Apogee Enterprises, Inc., a manufacturer of glass products for the automobile, contracting and art framing markets.
