Pinnacle tapped for on-call duty.

PinnacleOne announced that its Construction Claims Services (CCS) line has been selected as an on-call claims consultant for the Connecticut Department of Public Works (DPW).

This selection represents the latest renewal of the PinnacleOne--Connecticut DPW relationship, spanning twelve consecutive years since 1994.

"We are very proud of our longstanding relationship with the Connecticut Department of Public Works and its continued confidence in us," said Roy Cooper, vice president of PinnacleOne's Construction Claims Services practice in the Northeast.

"This relationship and those we enjoy with other public agencies across the country are a testament to the service provided by our CCS business line."

In 18 completed assignments during its tenure with the Connecticut DPW, PinnacleOne has successfully worked with CT DPW and Connecticut's Office of the Attorney General to resolve $68 million in total claim values to $13 million.

In the state of Connecticut, the firm also serves as an on-call scheduling consultant with the Connecticut DPW and an on-call claims consultant with the Connecticut Department of Transportation. In addition to the Connecticut DPW, PinnacleOne has been involved in many public facility or public works projects for various agencies, cities and counties across the country.
