Ping Li Named to Reactivity Board of Directors; Former Juniper Networks Executive and Venture Capitalist Joins Market Leader in XML Enabled Networking.

BELMONT, Calif. -- Reactivity(R), Inc., the leading XML enabled networking solutions provider, today announced that industry veteran Ping Li has joined its board of directors. Mr. Li, a former Juniper Networks (NASDAQ: JNPR) executive, is a partner at Accel Partners, an investor in Reactivity.

In other news, Reactivity today announced a global strategic alliance with F5 Networks, Inc., (NASDAQ: FFIV) to augment F5's solution set with Reactivity's best-of-breed products for customers who require specialized management of their XML-based applications, such as Web services.

Mr. Li has worked in networking and telecommunications since the mid-1990's as a financier and product line manager. At Juniper, he managed Juniper's M-series router product portfolio and development roadmap that generated revenues over $50 million a quarter and led the research and development and product management integrating NetScreen Technologies ($3.5 billion transaction) into the Juniper Networks product line.

Previously, he served as a strategy consultant for McKinsey & Company and brings extensive international telecommunications experience, including work at Singapore Telecom and Goldman Sachs Asia. Mr. Li holds an A.B. from Harvard University, with honors and an M.B.A. from Stanford University.
