Pine inks two multi-family deals.

Greg Pine, vice president of Gebroe-Hammer Associatescompleted the sale of two properties in Bergen County totaling nearly $7.5 million.

As one of Gebroe-Hammer's top brokers, Pine was responsible for the sale of 11 Massey Street, a 30-unit apartment building in Lodi, for $3.14 million. The firm was given an exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller.

The seller, Chipner Associates based in Lodi, was the original builder and owner of the property, which was constructed nearly 34 years ago. Both the buyer and the seller are long-time Gebroe-Hammer clients.

Attorney Joseph Behot, Esq. based in Hackensack represented the buyer. Chipner Associates was represented by David Kahan, Esq., an in-house attorney.

In Hackensack, Pine negotiated the sale of 403 Prospect Ave, a two-building complex involving 38 units, for $4.35 million. APine was awarded the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller. He also procured the buyer, Passaic-Prospect LLC, who is planning substantial upgrades to the 100% leased property.
