Pilgrimages video to air (in Vision TV).Vision TV, a national cable channel that airs programming concerning religion and spirituality, will broadcast Anglican Video's two-hour documentary Great Pilgrimages in July. Hosted by journalist Peter Downie, the video takes viewers to such places of inspiration as Jerusalem, the Scottish island of Iona, Britain's Canterbury Cathedral and Spain's Santiago de Compostela Santiago de Compostela (säntyä`gō thā kōmpōstā`lä) or Santiago, city (1990 pop. 91,419), A Coruña prov., NW Spain, in Galicia, on the Sar River. . Mr. Downie also ranges toward unconventional places of pilgrimage pilgrimage Journey to a shrine or other sacred place undertaken to gain divine aid, as an act of thanksgiving or penance, or to demonstrate devotion.
