Pilgrimages video to air (in Vision TV).


Vision TV, a national cable channel that airs programming concerning religion and spirituality, will broadcast Anglican Video's two-hour documentary Great Pilgrimages in July.

Hosted by journalist Peter Downie, the video takes viewers to such places of inspiration as Jerusalem, the Scottish island of Iona, Britain's Canterbury Cathedral and Spain's Santiago de Compostela Santiago de Compostela (säntyä`gō thā kōmpōstā`lä) or Santiago, city (1990 pop. 91,419), A Coruña prov., NW Spain, in Galicia, on the Sar River. .

Mr. Downie also ranges toward unconventional places of pilgrimage pilgrimage

Part I of Great Pilgrimages will be broadcast Tuesday, July 16 at 9 p.m. and 11 p.m., ET and Part II will be shown on Thursday, July 18 at 9 p.m. and 11 p.m., ET. Parts I and II will be rebroadcast, back-to-back, on Saturday, July 20 at 8 p.m. and 9 p.m., ET.
