Naomi Long Cllr Naomi Rachel Long MLA (born December 12 1971) is a Northern Ireland politician.

She is Member of the Legislative Assembly for Belfast East and Deputy Leader of the Alliance Party.

Pilgrim Journey is the autobiography of award-winning African-American poet and author Naomi Long Madgett, from her birth at the beginning of the Harlem Renaissance Harlem Renaissance, term used to describe a flowering of African-American literature and art in the 1920s, mainly in the Harlem district of New York City. During the mass migration of African Americans from the rural agricultural South to the urban industrial North  to her adolescence during the 30's and the Great Depression, to her marriage in 1946 and her personal evolution as a poet. She presents her eighty-three years of success, frustration, greatness, hardship, discovery, and family bonds in plain terms prose, taking the reader on an amazing a·maze
