Pike & Fischer launches legal reference services online.


Pike & Fischer (Silver Spring, MD), a division of The Bureau of National Affairs BNA (The Bureau of National Affairs, Inc.) is a Washington, D.C.-based publisher of news and information on legislation, regulations, and court decisions for professionals in business and government. It is the oldest wholly employee-owned company in the United States.  (Wash., D.C.), has launched three new legal reference services on the Web for cable, broadcasting and wireless professionals. ), offer desktop access to current and proposed FCC (1) (Federal Communications Commission, Washington, DC, www.fcc.gov) The U.S. government agency that regulates interstate and international communications including wire, cable, radio, TV and satellite. The FCC was created under the U.S.  rules and regulatory information relevant to industry compliance.

CTVR (cableregs.pf.com) covers FCC rules and regulations involving the cable industry. BR (broadcastregs.pf.com) covers FCC regulations as applied to radio and TV broadcasting while WTR (wirelessregs.pf.com) covers the range of industry rules and regulations pertaining per·tain

Annual subscription in the same media for BR and WTR cost $355, $375 and $425, and $375, $395 and $420, respectively. While the Web sites are updated daily, the CD and print editions of the services will only be updated bi-monthly.
