Pier redevelopment spurs relocations.


Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates' Howard Darsi has arranged two 50,000 s/f leases for Korea Paper & Plastic, a manufacturer of paper and plastic materials, and ACE Trading, Inc. a supplier of general merchandise in the warehouse property located at 58-30 Grand Avenue in the Maspeth section of Queens, NY.

Darsi negotiated on behalf of owner, CNC (Computerized Numerical Control) See numerical control.

 Associates, in the transaction. Darsi and Linda Wong, also of Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates, served as the exclusive leasing team for both Korea Paper & Plastic and ACE Trading, Inc. CNC Associates will continue to utilize the third floor of the property as office space.
