People living with a mental illness will kick off Independence Day

Friends, family members and people working in the mental health
system will gather for food, music and games at the Celebration of
Independence Picnic.
The fifth annual event takes place from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at
the Hilyard Center, 2580 Hilyard St.
