Picis Appoints Kevin Pettet Executive Vice President of Client Operations; Industry veteran tapped to ensure customer satisfaction and help drive company's growth.

WAKEFIELD, Mass. -- Picis, Inc., the market leader in high-acuity care automation software, today announced that Kevin Pettet has been promoted to Executive Vice President of Client Operations. In this role, Pettet will be responsible for product delivery, implementation and support, and will report directly to President and Chief Executive Officer Todd Cozzens. Pettet will also play an essential role in expanding Picis' training program for employees, customers and partners.

Prior to joining Picis, Pettet held senior operations positions at Source Medical Solutions, a healthcare IT company serving the outpatient market. He also served as director of operations for a business unit of GE Capital where he earned his Six Sigma certification. Additionally, Pettet served in the U.S. Army where, as an engineer officer, he planned major combat operations and was deployed in peace-keeping operations in Bosnia-Herzegovina. Pettet earned an M.B.A. in strategy and marketing from Northwestern's Kellogg School of Management in Chicago and a master's degree in engineering management from the University of Missouri after completing his undergraduate degree in engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
