Picatinny Chapter Honors Rescue Effort.

The Picatinny chapter of the National Defense Industrial Association, located in Northwest New Jersey, holds a Firepower Awards luncheon and fundraiser each year. The chapter usually contributes the funds raised to a scholarship. But this year, the chapter decided to honor the heroism of the firefighters and rescue workers at the World Trade Center. Chapter officials decided to donate all proceeds from the Firepower Awards luncheon to the World Trade Center Heroes Fund. The event is set to take place on November 15, 2001.
