Established in 1990, Darien-based Moore currently operates physical therapy facilities in Stamford, Darien and Fairfield. According to Bob Moore, the company's current locations are running close to capacity. "Many of our patients and sports training clients live or work in Wilton and the surrounding area, so the location is a great fit for us," he noted.

"We are pleased to have had the opportunity to represent the Moore Center in this transaction," said Walker, who specializes in Tenant Representation and Investment sales on behalf of companies based in Fairfield County.
