 World Expo, the leading producer of world-class tradeshows, conferences and events, announced the addition of new programming for this year's Market Symposiums at Macworld Conference & Expo[R]. A new Photoshop Professional Symposium, geared toward graphic designers and other creative professionals, highlights the line-up and will be presented by three of the foremost experts on Photoshop applications: Russell Brown of Adobe Inc., Deke McClelland, author/consultant, and Bert Monroy, Digital Photo-Realist Artist. There are seven unique day-long Market Symposiums that will help small business owners; graphic designers; musicians; K-12 educators; art directors; new media artists; and Podcasting Recording a non-music audio broadcast (news, sports, discussion, etc.) in the MP3 format for playback in a digital music player. Macworld Conference & Expo is scheduled to take place January 8-12, 2007 at San Francisco's Moscone Center The Moscone Center is San Francisco, California's largest convention and exhibition complex. The complex consists of two main underground halls underneath Yerba Buena Gardens, Moscone North and Moscone South, as well the three-level Moscone West exhibition hall across 4th Street. .

New Symposiums being introduced include "Welcome To Macintosh Background
The term "Welcome to Macintosh" comes from the boot-up splash screen of the original Macintosh computer, made by Apple Computer, Inc. (now just Apple, Inc.)[1].
: Dr. Mac's Introduction To The Macintosh Way." Presented by nationally recognized Mac expert, Bob Levitus, this Symposium is designed for users who are new to the Mac or switching from Windows to Mac. The one day event will demonstrate how attendees can become immediately productive with their Mac, from the basics of file and folder management to topics intermediate topics such as putting iLife applications to work and working with Windows files.

The Market Symposiums will take place on Wednesday, January 10, 2007 from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and on Friday, January 12, 2007 from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The price for the Symposiums is $295 if purchased before December 11, 2006. Other Symposium topics include:

* Small Business Owners: This Symposium will highlight what Apple technology can do to make work more effective and rewarding for the small business owner. A faculty of experts will discuss important considerations and options for office hardware, servers, network services, desktop configuration and IT management. Topics of discussion include: when and why to change ISPs; bringing servers in-house; outsourcing hosting; managing desktops; creating collaborative workflows; managing IT policies; IT budgeting and more.

* Educators (K-12): Educators across the globe have embraced technology as a catalyst for enhancing teaching and learning. In this Symposium, visionary educators will demonstrate current applications of technology to engage students, enhance achievement and impact learning in new and powerful ways. * Art Directors: Successful art directors must have a grasp of changing workflows and technologies. This Symposium will explore the latest innovations and best practices defining today's design marketplace - from ad design and submission to QuarkXPress 7 versus Adobe's InDesign CS2. A panel of experts will also discuss their need to mix print with Web design, and how they leverage video and Flash to create effective messaging for clients.

* New Media Artists: This Symposium will explore the latest new media trends and solutions, and examine what customers are demanding from today's digital artists.
