Photo Opportunity - Citibank and Illinois Hispanic Chamber of Commerce Announce Partnership to Expand Access to Business Opportunities and Financial Products and Services to Hispanic Entrepreneurs.

Who:      Juan Ochoa, President and CEO of the Illinois Hispanic
          Chamber of Commerce (IHCC); Darryl Hendricks, President of
          Citibank Illinois; and Oboi Reed, Citibank Director of
          Community Relations.

What:     Juan Ochoa of IHCC and Darryl Hendricks of Citibank Illinois
          will announce a new partnership between the Illinois
          Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and Citibank.  Through this
          partnership, Citibank and IHCC will help to expand access to
          financial products and services to Hispanic-owned small
          businesses statewide, as well as identify Hispanic-owned
          suppliers that may potentially do business with Citibank and
          the businesses that are part of its parent company,
          Citigroup.

          Connection Hispanic Business Expo
          Citibank Booth at Navy Pier, Chicago, Illinois

Why:      Citibank and the Illinois Hispanic Chamber of Commerce are
          forming a partnership to help provide Hispanic-owned small
          businesses with greater access to financial products and
          services.  In addition, IHCC will help identify local
          Hispanic-owned suppliers that may have potential for doing
          business with Citigroup as part of the company's Supplier
          Diversity Program.  The partnership will also further expand
          access to business development-oriented financial education
          seminars.  For the 3rd year in a row, Citibank is a charter
          sponsor of the Illinois Hispanic Business Expo, which is
          expected to attract more than 3,000 participants with over
          100 exhibitors.  Established in 1990, IHCC's mission is to
          provide resources and advocate on issues that affect the
          Hispanic business community. IHCC is the principal voice of
          the Hispanic business community in Illinois and is committed
          to increasing the participation of Hispanic businesses in
          all commercial and economic areas.
