Lincoln Equities Group's Robert Fisher and Susan Lulla represented the landlord, while Robert Rosenbluth and Michael Hogan Michael Hogan is the name of:

"This program includes a complete renovation to the three-level underground parking deck and other cosmetic upgrades to the interior and exterior of the building. UTA saw the value in committing to this space while the renovations were in progress thereby achieving favorable lease terms."
