), a leading supplier of essential software for PC manufacturers, announced today it is shipping a wide range of technologies that have been specifically created for the Windows 95 operating system. As a contributor of core technology that helped create the Plug and Play feature of Windows 95, Phoenix is now shipping three key products that further enhance a PC's functionality and ease-of-use. These new products include: Release 5 of PhoenixBIOS 4.0 for desktop computers, NoteBIOS 4.0 for notebook computers and Phoenix MUSE, a Multiple User Shell Environment, targeted for the home and small office where more than one user may use -- or have access to -- files and resources on the same PC.
