Additionally, the Mississippi Gaming Commission issued a finding of suitability for each of the Company's officers, directors and major registered shareholders. The Company was unanimously approved during the regular monthly meeting of the Mississippi Gaming Commission held on June 15, 2000 in Jackson, Mississippi Jackson is the capital and the most populous city of the U.S. State of Mississippi.
