Phillips Investment Resources rolls out second title in as many months.

Fresh on the heels of its recent launch of John Mugarian's Investor Alert, Phillips Investment Resources LLC, a Phillips International Inc. company, has begun publication of Louis Navellier's Quantum Growth. This online newsletter is geared toward investors who want to trade the top 15-30 stocks each week, as indentified by Navellier's computer database.

Charter subs are available for $5,000 per year and include a weekly e-mail distributed at market close every Monday.

"Quantum Growth is a simple, easy-to-follow service that gives an investor his best chance to trounce the market averages by using only common stocks," said publisher Michael Bell. "Many trading services rely on options, futures or commodities to try to deliver big profits, but Quantum Growth uses common stocks."

Phillips also publishes two other newsletters edited by Louis Navellier--Blue Chip Growth, a monthly buy-and-hold service for large stocks, and MPT Review, a monthly buy-and-hold service for smaller stocks.

(Unconfirmed rumors have it that Phillips has unsuccessfully tested the waters for an investment letter
Investment letter
A letter of intent between the issuer of new securities and the buyer, in the private placement of these new securities. The letter of intent establishes that the securities are being bought for a minimum time period and are treated as an investment, not for resale. If no such letter exists, the securities must be registered with Securities and Exchange Commission.
