Philip Michael Thomas (born May 26, 1949) is an American actor. Thomas' most famous role is that of detective Ricardo Tubbs on the hit 1980s TV series Miami Vice. , who co-starred in NBC's "Miami Vice"? His former partner Don Johnson has had his own TV series on CBS (Cell Broadcast Service) See cell broadcast. and a sometime movie career, while Thomas has simply been making a few obscure films while living in Miami.
