Philadelphia Suburban Purchases National Utilities, Inc.Business Editors Philadelphia Suburban Corporation (NYSE NYSE See: New York Stock Exchange :PSC (Public Service Commission) Same as PUC. ) has expanded its utility operations in Northeastern Pennsylvania This mountainous area of Pennsylvania includes the Pocono Mountains, the Endless Mountains and former anthracite coal mining cities and towns, including Carbondale, Scranton, Pittston, Wilkes-Barre, Nanticoke and Hazleton.
