Pharma giant signs lease for new training campus.

Michael Taylor, senior vice president of Lincoln Property Company, announced Daiichi Sankyo, Inc. has signed a new long-term lease for 32,131 s/f at The 9 at Parsippany, located at 9 Entin Road.

Daiichi Sankyo, Inc, a global pharmaceutical company, will be using the space as its new corporate training center, which is in close proximity to its U.S. corporate headquarters.

Lincoln Property Company's vice president Rick Genthe, served as in-house leasing agent on behalf of the landlord, 9 Entin Road Investors, LLC, a joint venture between Lincoln Property Company and a fund advised by the US real estate business of UBS Global Asset Management. The Garibaldi Group team of James Garibaldi, CEO; F. John Fatigati, senior vice president, managing director; and Kyle Raffo, associate vice president, represented Daiichi Sankyo, Inc. in this transaction.
