PharmQuest Corporation Appoints Jerome A. Halperin to its Board of Directors.

PharmQuest Corporation announced today the appointment of Jerome A. Halperin to its Board of Directors.

Mr. Halperin will become President and CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization. Typically the president of the company, the CEO reports to the Chairman of the Board.  of the Food and Drug Law Institute (FDLI), a not-for-profit educational organization dedicated to advancing public health, effective July 1, 2001.
