Pham voted REBNY's Rookie of the Year.

The Real Estate Board of New York has named The Corcoran Group's Julie Pham "Residential Real Estate's Most Promising Rookie Salesperson" for 2006.

This prestigious yearly award is submitted and judged anonymously by REBNY members.

Based out of Corcoran's SoHo office, Pham has achieved tremendous success in her first full year of sales at The Corcoran Group.

Within her first seven months of working as an agent for the company she sold $12.4 million worth of condos and would go on to garner over $25,000,000 in contracts signed and closed sales in 2006 to date.

"I think selling real estate works best for those who are willing to completely integrate the business into their lives," said Pham. "I am healthily obsessed with real estate and will not let a deal drop until I have figured out how to make it work."
