state-owned state adj → oil company, signed an agreement with Benton-Vinccler, a unit of U.S. oil and gas company Harvest Natural Resources, to evaluate the capacity of two fields in eastern Venezuela for the next six months, As part of the agreement, Benton-Vinccler will negotiate terms to join PDVSA in producing the remaining reserves in the fields.
