In 1995 he was appointed managing director of NBA Europe based in London, England, where he focused on generating new revenue for the NBA through television sales, consumer products distribution, marketing partnerships and event management. In his most recent role as vice president of business development, he oversaw the NBA's extensive fan database in addition to building new innovative revenue partnerships for the league.
