Peter Eppie (photo), of Morristown, formerly a managing director for Edward S. Gordon's New Jersey division, has joined Parsippany-based SJP SJP Sarah Jessica Parker (actress)

 Properties as executive vice president, where he will head the firm's new-business development, leasing and marketing departments.

The majority of his duties at SJP will consist of acquiring land and buildings, as well as securing corporation for SJP's nearly 4 million square-feet of existing and planned office space.

 Properties, during his years in the real estate industry. They were introduced when Eppie brokered the sale of land located in Pozycki's Morris Corporate Center to NCR (NCR Corporation, Dayton, OH, www.ncr.com) A technology company specializing in financial terminal transactions, retail systems and data warehousing. Until the late 1990s, NCR was heavily invested in the hardware side of the industry, known worldwide as a major manufacturer of computers  and have been involved in several transactions since, including a joint venture which Eppie brokered between his long time client Foster Wheeler Corporation Foster-Wheeler (FWLT) is a global conglomerate with a focus on Engineering, Construction and Procurement (EPC) and power, which form two different groups of the company. The company was formed in 1927 by the merger of a power company (created by the Foster family) with Wheeler  and SJP for the development of approximately 1.7 million square-feet of office space.

Throughout his career as managing director of Edward S. Gordon's New Jersey offices and as senior vice president with Joseph Hilton & Associates, Eppie has been responsible for leasing, joint ventures, sales of buildings, land sales and other dispositions of buildings in excess of 7.5 million square-feet.

He has represented several major corporations including Foster Wheeler Corporation, American International Group
