PetCARE Television Network, Inc. to Hold Auditions.

TAMPA, Fla. -- PetCARE Television Network, Inc. ("PetCARE TV") (OTCBB:PTNW) announced today that it is seeking additional hosts for its educational programming to complement its current roster of Dr. Jeffrey Werber and Dr. Bernadine Cruz. Casting for these hosts will come from PetCARE TV's subscribing veterinarians.

Philip Cohen, PetCARE TV's CEO and Producer/Director stated, "Our subscribing veterinarians and their staff have become symbiotic partners, if you will, in our programming, so we thought it would be great fun and add more variety to invite some of them to join Dr. Jeff and Dr. Bernadine on-camera to host their own segments. We are eager to hold the upcoming on-camera auditions and expect that we will have a terrific response to this opportunity."

On-camera auditions will be scheduled during two upcoming veterinarian conferences; the North American Veterinary Conference (NAVC) where auditions will be held on January 8-10, 2005 in Orlando, Florida at the Marriott World Hotel, and the Western States Veterinary Conference (WSVC) where auditions will be held on February 21-23, 2005 at The Hotel in Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas, Nevada. Interested participants need to mail a headshot and CV/resume (including any media training or experience) to PetCARE TV's corporate office or by email to kjohnson@petcaretv.com. No prior media experience is required. Submission deadline for the NAVC is January 5, 2005. Submission deadline for WSVC is February 18, 2005. Applicants will be contacted to schedule their audition time.

PetCARE TV's DVD magazine for December 2004 features 26 educational segments interspersed with relevant advertising and public service announcements. The DVD magazine runs approximately two hours in length before it automatically repeats. PetCARE TV's subscriber-based, advertiser-supported network seeks to provide educational programming focused on optimal healthcare for animal companions, ultimately resulting in more educated pet owners with more preventative services being performed by their veterinarians. PetCARE TV programming, which runs continuously in veterinarian's waiting rooms, may be obtained through an annual or three-year subscription, with updated DVD magazines shipped on a monthly basis to all subscribers.

The corporate offices of PetCARE Television Network, Inc. are located at 8406 Benjamin Road, Suite C, Tampa, Florida 33634.
