They wanted to know why writing was important, how to improve their writing skills and reading habits, and through these activities they wanted to improve their mastery of English. We have included three of the poems from our writing workshop on the next page, and look forward to receiving many more contributions to Sister Namibia magazine by members of the Namibian Girl Child Organisation and other young women writers in the future. |
