"We are very good at what we do," principal Jeff Nemshin boasts of the rapidly expanding brokerage. Nemshin, 40, and Jerry Guerra, 42, who have worked side by side for the past 15 years, founded Paragon in 2003. "We're looking to building upon the success we've had." Paragon's business strategy "is not about commissions. It's about relationships, hard work and developing client trust, which will pay off over the years," Guerra added. Paragon offers a full-service commercial real estate service. "It is important to us that each client chooses the ultimate direction based upon the building's attributes and value not because it would be better or worse for us," said Nemshin.
