, has been experiencing explosive growth.

The Syosset, NY-based firm has seen its revenues soar by more than 300% since its first year in business--an annual average of 50%--has been a force behind some of Long Island's largest transactions and has attracted new professionals to its staff from national real estate brokerages.

In 2006, Paragon completed transactions totaling more than 570,000 s/f with an aggregate value of $110 million from its representation of significant corporate, legal, non-profit and government clients.

"We are very good at what we do," principal Jeff Nemshin boasts of the rapidly expanding brokerage. Nemshin, 40, and Jerry Guerra, 42, who have worked side by side for the past 15 years, founded Paragon in 2003. "We're looking to building upon the success we've had."

Paragon's business strategy "is not about commissions. It's about relationships, hard work and developing client trust, which will pay off over the years," Guerra added.

Paragon offers a full-service commercial real estate service. Besides finding and negotiating for space, the firm also provides support services support services Psychology Non-health care-related ancillary services–eg, transportation, financial aid, support groups, homemaker services, respite services, and other services  for its clients, including architectural, construction and relocation management.

As tenant reps, Paragon represents only the interests of its client roster, which ranges from local businesses to Fortune 500 corporations. The firm doesn't solicit or accept exclusive leasing assignments from landlords and rejects the commission incentives many landlords offer. "It is important to us that each client chooses the ultimate direction based upon the building's attributes and value not because it would be better or worse for us," said Nemshin. The result: Paragon provides unbiased and extraordinary levels of service.
