Persona Introduces Presence-Enhanced Mobile Information Services over Followap's Presence Solution to Turkcell Subscribers.

ISTANBUL, Turkey & LONDON -- Persona, a leading mobile service developer in the Turkish market, has launched a presence-enhanced information service using Followap's iFollow Presence Solution. The Mail InfoService, available for Turkcell mobile subscribers, provides users with dynamic content from their enterprise e-mail server, be it MS Exchange or IBM Lotus Domino, based on their real time presence and availability information.

Using standard IMPS devices connected to Followap's iFollow Presence Solution, as well as advanced downloadable clients such as J2ME, users can receive email alerts, calendar reminders and other corporate information directly to their contact list.

Persona has joined Followap's Presence Developer Program, and has been certified to develop presence-aware services on top of the iFollow IM and Presence Server. iFollow IM and Presence Server is the leading carrier-grade presence aware solution, and the most widely deployed throughout the industry. iFollow IM and Presence Server provides standards-based access for service developers, enabling them to easily integrate presence information into their applications.
