ATLANTA -- PerformanceIT, Inc. today announced it has been positioned in the Niche Players quadrant on the Gartner, Inc. 2006 IT Event Correlation and Analysis Magic Quadrant Report, authored by Gartner analysts Debra Curtis, David Williams, and Will Capelli published June 13, 2006. Gartner's Event Correlation and Analysis (ECA) Magic Quadrant evaluates a vendor's ability to execute and completeness of vision relative to a defined set of evaluation criteria regarding current and future market requirements.

Narrow focus reduces their vision ranking and limits their addressable market, making them unable to achieve a high ability-to-execute ranking. However, the narrow focus enables them to achieve great depth of functionality in their chosen areas.
