Perfisans Networks Announces Network Accelerator Board Order from Major Chinese Wireless Broadband Solution Provider.

LOS ANGELES -- Wireless broadband solution provider, Zhejiang Orient FSP  Communication Company Ltd., expects to purchase $2.5 million worth of Perfisans Network Boards over next 12 months

Perfisans Networks Corporation (OTCBB:PFNH), a next-generation fabless semiconductor company focused on the burgeoning Gigabit Ethernet market, announced today that it has received an initial order of US$40,000.00 from Zhejiang Orient Fibersense Photonics Communication Company Limited (FSP), (www.fsp.com.cn), for its ENA5031 network accelerator board. In addition, FSP expects to purchase $2.5 million worth of the network boards over the next twelve months. The board will feature Perfisans' ENA1001 TCP/IP Offload Engine (TOE) network accelerator chips as its main component.

To Hon Lam, Co-Founder and President of Perfisans, states, "FSP conducted intensive, long term functionality and reliability tests with their beta customer. As a result of these tests, Perfisans has received its first complete board level product order. This order was issued after FSP tested the board under their 802.16 WiMax Wireless Broadband platform for several months and compared Perfisans' functionality performance against Intel (NASDAQ:INTC) products." Mr. Lam adds, "It is very encouraging that FSP found significant cost and performance advantages in using Perfisans' product as compared to similar boards at higher costs." With this in mind, FSP ramping up their sales efforts and plans to integrate the ENA5031 Gigabit Ethernet Accelerator board into all their network solutions starting with clients such as the Zhejiang Province Police department.

This new order positions Perfisans for significant in-roads in the carrier and wireless broadband network solutions market within China. This will have a significant impact on Perfisans' sales within that region.
