Perfexa Solutions Private Limited Formed in India by GTC Telecom; GTC Telecom Picks Perfexa as its Trademark for India Venture.

GTC Telecom Corp. (OTCBB:GTCC) today announced the formation of its overseas subsidiary, Perfexa Solutions Private Limited.
Perfexa Solutions Private Limited was formed in India and is owned by GTC Telecom's U.S. subsidiary, Perfexa Solutions Inc.
Last month GTC Telecom began unveiling its plan to enter the Business Processing Outsourcing ("BPO") market. The company has begun implementing its initial plans in India, which includes the building of a Call Center Support facility in New Delhi. The company expects to have the New Delhi facility operational by first quarter 2003.
Perfexa Solutions Private Limited intends to initially offer live inbound call center services and later expects to offer outbound call services. A few of the initial services the company intends to offer are live customer service and order processing, reservations and direct response management.
The company believes some of the advantage it will offer its customers are reduced labor costs, lower capital requirements and reduced expenditures, training costs and time.

According to a variety of research firms, the worldwide BPO market is estimated to exceed $200 billion by 2005. According to the National Association of Software and Service Companies (Nasscom), India's BPO industry, while still coming out of its infancy, has been growing at a rate of 70% per year since 1999 and is expected to reach $21 billion by 2008.
