LAS VEGAS -- Concrete Polishing Technologies, Inc., the parent organization of Perfect Polish, the worldwide leader in dry polished concrete, is introducing a division dedicated to manufacturing and marketing a complete line of high-quality concrete. Named Concrete Polishing Solutions (CPS), this newest Concrete Polishing Technologies (CPT) subsidiary is dedicated to providing customers and contractors with the finest state-of-the-art tools, equipment and chemicals.

Concrete polishing is the wet or dry technique of using diamonds for grinding and polishing concrete floors that provide customers with various sparkling, harder, cleaner and more resilient floors with significant respective cost-savings. Other improvements include greater coefficient of friction than non-grit coatings, ease of cleaning, floor strength, improved lighting, decreased forklift tire wear and tear, decreased drag on cleaning equipment, all without volatile organic compounds (VOCs), nor plant shutdowns. The return-on-investment is largely the result of lower maintenance man-hours coupled with the reduction in lighting fixtures required and related annual electricity due to the significantly higher light reflectivity from the polished floor, according to Padgett.

Full Line of Concrete Polishing Products

The full CPS product line is represented in a 38-page catalog. The product line offers a 32-inch three-head grinder and a dust extractor-dust interceptor as well as accessories.

The CPS metal bond diamond tooling includes an SFL series for soft or aggressive materials; an MFL series for standard concrete, and and an HFL series which are designed for dense, hard concrete. The metal bond grinding tooling ranges from 16 to 150 grit. All three areas offer corresponding penetrating densifiers and sealers available in one, five and 55 gallon containers. The CPS resin bond diamond tooling includes six color-coded products ranging from 60 to 3,000 grit. Also, ideal for polished concrete floors, CPS is offering color perfect penetrating dyes.

KGS Frankfurt diamond segments offer extra long life for wet polishing of marble or concrete under floor buffers or auto scrubbers. The 3-inch Speedline series include metal and resin bond with grit sizes ranging from 40 to 3000 grit. These unique tools can be used wet or dry. For the hard to reach areas, such as edges, corners and steps there is a 5-inch Velcro backed Speedline series. This series of diamonds is the number one choice for polishing concrete countertops, this series is also available from 40 grit metal bond thru 3000 grit resin bond.

CPS Maintenance Equipment and Chemicals

In the area of maintenance, CPS features two different soaps and one degreaser. As part of its maintenance hardware line, CPS offers a walk-behind wet vacuum; a 17-inch and 20-inch swing machine buffers; a 14-inch portable scrubber, and a 26-inch and 32-inch auto scrubbers; four 28-inch industrial scrubber-sweepers; four 32-inch industrial scrubber-sweepers, and an auto floor scrubber.

Additional CPS maintenance hardware equipment includes two PowerBossSIP sweepers, four PowerBossSIP rider industrial sweepers, and an industrial rider scrubber-sweeper. In addition, there are three PowerBossSIP combination industrial sweeper-scrubbers, two of which are double-scrubbers. And finally, on the manual side, there are a variety of dust mops, push brooms, sweeping compounds, chemical dispensers, fill station, and accessories.
