PeopleSoft Introduces New Online Partner Validation Program for Learning Management Content; Service Accelerates Availability of Partner-Developed Learning Content.

PLEASANTON, Calif. -- PeopleSoft, Inc. (Nasdaq:PSFT) today announced the availability of its online partner content validation program for PeopleSoft Enterprise Learning Management. The new program ensures that unique learning content created by PeopleSoft's development partners can be launched, managed, and tracked through PeopleSoft's Learning Management application. PeopleSoft Learning Management enables companies to manage learning content for employees, customers, suppliers, and partners, where and when it is needed. PeopleSoft partners will now be able to verify that their content is compatible with PeopleSoft's Learning Management application at a significantly reduced cost and in less than half the time of the existing mail-in validation service. By accelerating the availability of new learning content, employers can now access the most current training information, driving increased employee performance.

OutStart, Inc., a leading provider of content-centric software solutions for learning, is the first partner to validate content using PeopleSoft's self-service validation program. "The ability to test and validate content created with our tools, via PeopleSoft's partner self-service validation program, ensures that OutStart solutions continue to work with PeopleSoft Learning Management," said OutStart CEO, Massood Zarrabian. PeopleSoft Learning Management acts as a virtual library, providing organizations with a unified platform from which they can launch, manage and track all eLearning content including packaged or internally developed courseware, virtual delivery tools, simulations, and assessments. To request validation of new learning content, PeopleSoft Learning Management partners submit their content through a secure, easy-to-navigate online interface. Partners will receive a response to most submissions in less than three business days, accelerating the availability of their content to be used at PeopleSoft Learning Management customer sites.
