Yes, that January 2003 deadline is looming: That's when schools must begin tracking foreign students, regularly reporting changes to the INS. As everyone knows, though, the transition has been anything but easy. But PeopleSoft has come to the rescue with its new PASS (Patriot Act SEVIS Solution), designed to make compliance much easier.
