People vent via social media networks - seminar.| KUWAIT, May 22 (KUNA) -- Kuwaiti and French diplomats and intellctual agreed that social media networks have become a source to vent freedom for many people who lacked freedom of expression in past.French Ambassador to Kuwait Nada Yafi, in a seminar about modern media means, nationalism and political contribution, said the State of Kuwait Noun 1. Chairman of Kuwait Graduates Society Saud Al-Enezi said the seminar was a good opportunity to interact between Kuwait and France. He said his society organized many seminars about social media networks, whose negative effects would be inciting racism, sectarianism and tribalism. However, social media networks boosted the meaning of democracy among people, so they moved a step forward from just casting a ballot to interacting with events. Kuwait University Despite this dramatic increase, the fiscal year 1998/1999 decreased by about 10.5 million Kuwaiti Dinars by the fiscal year 1999/2000, ensuring the preservation of the university's resources. Future Plans Kuwait University has just planned a new 10 year project. (KU) philosophy professor Dr. Mohammad Al-Wuhaib said an individual could not live alone but needed groups and a social organization. KU political sciences professor Dr. Ghanem Al-Najjar said social media networks were like weapons of mass destruction Weapons that are capable of a high order of destruction and/or of being used in such a manner as to destroy large numbers of people. Weapons of mass destruction can be high explosives or nuclear, biological, chemical, and radiological weapons, but exclude the means of transporting or but without casualties or remains, but their impacts were devastating depending on the way they were used. Al-Najjar criticized the government's bids to crack down on users of social media networks was countered with enormous attacks by unanimous users. Rakan Al-Nisf, member of the executive office of the national alliance, said people were coping with technological development. He calledon governments to cope with this development and not to fight it but rather benefit from it.
