The program features two 5-8 minute episodes per week. Viewers receive notification of new episodes via email or RSS (Really Simple Syndication) A syndication format that was developed by Netscape in 1999 and became very popular for aggregating updates to blogs and the news sites. RSS has also stood for "Rich Site Summary" and "RDF Site Summary. . Engineering TV is a joint effort by Penton's engineering brands including "Machine Design," "Electronic Design," "Motion Systems Design," "EEPN EEPN Esso Exploration and Production Nigeria Ltd. " and "Microwaves." Also, Penton has changed the name of 77-year-old "Welding Design & Fabrication fabrication (fab´rikā´sh  n),n the construction or making of a restoration. " to "Penton's Welding Magazine." The new name "better reflects the breadth of the welding manager's responsibility," Penton said, including inventory control, gas management, regulatory compliance, customer service, safety and delivering return-on-investment for new equipment. |
